🎬 From the Studio to the Screen: The Story Behind My TV Sync Placement Ever wondered how a song goes from an idea in the studio to being featured in a television series? In this video, I take you behind the scenes and explain how I created a song that was recently selected for a sync placement on a major television network. I walk you through my creative process, the production decisions, and some of the tools I used to bring the track to life. 🎹 My Music Production Setup For this production, I worked primarily in Steinberg Nuendo, using a combination of virtual instruments, synthesizers, sound libraries, and plugins to shape the song's sound. Some of the tools in my workflow include: • Steinberg Nuendo – My main DAW for music production and arranging • Arturia – Synthesizers and sounds used to develop the song's sonic character • Toontrack – Virtual instruments and production tools • Native Instruments – Instruments and sounds that helped shape the arrangement • Additional plugins – For sound design, processing, and mixing I'll share some insight into how the track came together and what went into creating a song that ultimately found its way onto television. 🎵 Why Sync Licensing? Having music selected for a TV production is an exciting milestone for any songwriter or producer. In this video, I share my experience from the creative side of the process and offer a glimpse into the work behind a real-world music placement.
