An AI can write a confident calendar confirmation while silently choosing the wrong date, zone or event type. Follow fictional coworkers Priya in Tokyo and Noah in New York as we separate the original request, the proposed fields and the record a calendar system would save. This is an original educational demonstration, not a benchmark showing that any named AI product passed or failed. No real calendar is changed. The examples explain review principles, recurring local-time intentions, all-day dates, ambiguity holds, authorization and readback after an approved action. They do not provide a universal time-zone conversion table.
