What I learnt from reading books in 2026?

Hey everyone, this year I challenged myself to read more books. I spent 30 mins everyday by the pool and under the sun reading which not only nourishes my body but also nourishes my brain. Most of us use social media to distract ourselves so might as well distract ourselves in a better way.
