Restoring Bob Timberlake Nightstands: Rebuilding the Missing Drawer | Berkshire Collection Ch. 4

Chapter 004 of The Berkshire Collection follows the restoration of a matched pair of Bob Timberlake for Lexington nightstands from the Carolina Night line. The work begins beneath the finish: loose bun feet and support joints are reset, damaged drawer and center-slide components are rebuilt in new solid oak, and the pull-out writing slides are reconstructed and fitted for smooth use. The pair then moves through the same color and finish schedule so the warmth, sheen, and visual weight remain balanced. Made in the United States by Lexington Furniture Industries for The World of Bob Timberlake, model 833-621 reflects late-20th-century American traditional furniture design.
