A trip to Dunstable Downs parkrun (Bedfordshire) – a 5K with hills, wide open skies, and some of the best views of any parkrun course. This isn’t a PB course, but it’s one you’ll remember. The run takes you downhill at the start, back up again, through tree-lined trails, past the car park and across the Downs. Every hill feels tough – especially when you’re a bit hungover – but the scenery makes it worth it.
