Why did a perfectly good Cat D8K get pushed out of California fleets, and why did Kubota go to court to keep its own tractors out of America?

29:20 Recap + the one ban I agree with
In this video I count down 10 machines that disappeared from American farms and job sites. Some were BANNED — by the International Trade Commission, the FCC, the EPA and U.S. Customs, or the California Air Resources Board. Others were ABANDONED by the very companies that built them, after mergers, buyouts and recalls.
For every machine I break down what it was, why it was banned or dropped, what it's worth today, and whether I'd still own one. I use court records, government notices, manufacturer history and real auction results — no dealer money, no sponsors.
I finish with the one ban on this list I actually agree with. If you've ever stood at an auction and wondered why a good machine went cheap, this one's for you.
