Scattered Particles - An Ambient Hardware Jam

Man, I REALLY debated on whether or not to post this one because when I went back to review the recording I found it had a bunch of noise and clicks and pops in the audio track but the more I listened to it I just really fell in love with it and thought you guys might really enjoy hearing it too! The primary pad/drone on this was a complex patch idea I had for the ‪@ArturiaOfficial‬ Microfreak, using the chord oscillator and the mod matrix, where I’ve assigned a square LFO to the chord type, and then use the cycling envelope to determine how much the LFO affects it, so you get a long slowly evolving chords that keeps its root note but kinda cycles through different variations, ran the audio out through the Sonicake Pocket Master to give it some nice ambient reverb and then ran that through the Roland E4 vocal tweaker for some scatter effects and a little chorus… the result was…well…”ethereal”. Then I added in a bass riff with the Korg Drumlogue using the Lillian oscillator and a sub square wave. Overall it just turned out really cool, and such a unique sound that bass recording or not, I just had to share it! I hope you enjoy!
