Tulang Diot is a small island off San Francisco in the Camotes Islands, Cebu. Its own sign says it has no water facility and no electricity. DR. NO spends a day there: hanging rice from a roadside stall, a "special trip" by bangka, a reef that drops into deep blue, a jump off the bow, and a water run with a local man.
