Anne-Michelle Frances of Blueprint Evictions: From Skate Shop to California Landlord Tips What if most "bad tenants" aren't really the problem? Anne-Michelle Frances, founder of Blueprint Evictions, has spent nearly 20 years in California landlord-tenant work.
