Industrial Alarm Manager for 32 Alarms | Siemens TIA Portal SCL + HMI

In this video, I present a scalable Industrial Alarm Manager developed in Siemens TIA Portal V19 using SCL (Structured Control Language). The system manages 32 independent alarm channels using a modular architecture with reusable function blocks and structured data types. FB_AlarmManager – Centralized management of 32 alarm channels using an SCL FOR loop. UDT_AlarmConfig – Individual alarm configuration. UDT_AlarmStatus – Alarm status data for HMI visualization.
