This is Eiji Hinodera's theme, the stage 5 boss, "超窮極存在のクロノグラフ" / "Chronograph of a Transcendental Existence". "創世史、或いは慟哭の黙示録 ~ Incarnation Erased From History" is a furry-themed Touhou-style shoot 'em up game made by Rian, featuring original music tracks composed by 飛岳水脈(Hidaka Suimyak). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- One of my favorite stage 5 boss themes, no joke.
