BMW R71 / CJ 750 Warbike

My CJ 750 Sidecar bike. It is the BMW R71 model from 1938 which was build for the German army under licence by the Russians. The Russians kept the tooling and blueprints when the war started to build it for themselves. At the end of the war the Russians "liberated" the more advanced BMW R75 that was build by the Germans during the war. They later made the Ural and Dnepper out of it. The R71 manufacturing plant was later sold to the Chinese in exchange for food with never really arrived. The Chinese produced this "liberated" R 71 for their army and the civil market till recently.
