Only Believe (Bob's Testimony) — a cinematic modern gospel soft rock song telling Bob's own testimony of faith and miracles: a daughter healed of a fatal disease, surviving a spine surgery that should have taken his life or his walking, recovery from a massive stroke that restored his sight and voice, and God's perfect provision down to the exact dollar. Through it all, one truth: only believe. "Do not fear, only believe." — Mark 5:36 This is a personal testimony of what Bob witnessed and believes. Because our art is loving people. — LYRICS (excerpt) — (Verse 1) Come and sit beside me, let me testify tonight, Not of things I've dreamed or wished, but things I've seen with sight. My family stood and watched them, other folks were witness too, And a song keeps rising in me, and I believe it's true. (Chorus) Only believe, only believe, All things are possible to the heart that will receive. Have faith in Him — the main thing, hold on strong, Only believe, only believe — it's all been in His Word so long. (Verse 2) February, eighty-seven, my daughter came to breath, Born with a disease that carried nothing but a coming death. They said she'd never reach fifteen, the fluid filled her lungs... Now three grandchildren later, she still lives — she didn't die. (Bridge) I walked into a quiet room, and there my Savior sat, Like a little child I climbed His lap — we talked, and that was that. Six hours gone, they woke me, "Move your feet" — and move I did, "You should be gone or paralyzed — but Jesus, He was there." I'm not special, I'm not favored — He just answered honest prayer. (Verse 8 — The Stroke) An evangelist flew in one night from far away — He called my name across three thousand, "Red-haired man, in prayer." By morning light my eye came open. Slowly, God had healed my need. (Verses 9–11 — The Provision) Then a day I drove and prayed it: "I need seven thirty-five." The Spirit said, "Go buy fifty cent coins" — it made no sense to me. Through ten banks, eighty percent were silver, one by one they came, Seven thirty-five exactly — every bill and debt was found. He works in perfect order, never out of place or time. (Final Chorus) Only believe, only believe, All things are possible to the heart that will receive. He healed my child, He walked me through the fire, He gave me sight and voice and coin — He'll carry you up higher. (Outro) So don't you doubt, just knock upon the door, He'll open it and meet you — now and evermore. He can do everything and anything — even conquer death. Only believe, only believe — have faith, and just receive. 🎵 Original songs inspired by real people and real places ❤️ Created with love, respect, and gratitude 🌍 Stories from everywhere life takes us Because our art is loving people.
