Crash course in Vietnamese Cooking! We started off sa market where we were introduced to their local ingredients. Then cooked our own meals. The menu was chicken pho, Hoi An spring roll, fish in clay pot, green papaya salad and Hoi An rice cake. The fish in clay pot was the winner na kahit hindi fish lovers ay nakaubos.
