The Costume Museum in Kyoto, the rebirth of the tale of Genji [Deep Japan] 風俗博物館

The Last Samurai visits The Costume Museum in Kyoto and introduces beautiful costumes in Heian period. They exhibit some scenes from Genji Monogatari, The Tale of Genji, a famous novel written by Murasakishikibu in the 11th century. You can also see the exhibition of Taketorimonogatari, The tale of the bamboo cutter. These exhibition was expressed by a quarter size dolls but you can also see some real costumes.
