After visiting a local bodega in Mango Park, Javier Garcia alleges he was a victim of a slip and fall accident. Now he wants the business owner to pay for his injuries. However, the defendant, Vanessa Lawrence alleges that this is all an elaborate ruse to try to cash in. Furthermore, she argues that this is not the first time Mr. Garcia has attempted this and has brought the evidence to court.
