6E5P SE Tube Amp Build

The circuit was designed by Doug DeYoung at Bugamps.com. I designed the enclosure, layout and modified an existing power supply circuit to drive it (capacitance multiplier circuit for the B+ power). It has two 6E5P tubes per channel wired in parallel with a single ended output. On paper they got 2 watts per channel, this tested to about 1.5 watts before clipping started at 1khz. Of course I recorded this with my Iphone so the resording doesn't do it justice. This little amp really sounds sweet coming through my Klipsch La Scalas.
