Power Plant Zone - Act 3 [Sonic Boom (hack) music]

Background music of the third act of Power Plant, the only zone in the Sonic 2 hack, "Sonic Boom". It's a Sega Genesis adaptation of the music for the High Max boss from Megaman X6. The track, the game and the characters do not belong to, nor were made by me.
