Before You Chase Success Today, Pray This | A Morning Prayer for Success in your Life

Pray this morning prayer for success before you chase anything today — and learn what the Bible says success really is. The Bible calls Joseph a prosperous man while he was still a slave in a foreign house, and says the Lord made whatever he did prosper, even in prison. So what did success actually mean for him? In this prayer, we walk slowly through Genesis 39, where the phrase "the Lord was with him" appears four separate times in a single chapter — and we bring our own work, plans, finances, and fears before God with open hands. 🙌 This prayer is for the job seeker waiting on an answer after months of silence, the student facing an exam, the business owner making hard decisions, the parent working hard for their family, and anyone who feels behind when they compare their life to someone else's. We pray for wisdom, honest work, favor, protection, provision, rest from anxious striving, and humility if God blesses the work of our hands — as requests and expressions of trust, not guarantees of outcome. ✨ In This Prayer, You'll Also Discover: 📖 How the Hebrew word tsalach ("to prosper") appears in both Joseph's story and Joshua 1:8 ⏳ Why thirteen years of quiet faithfulness mattered before Joseph's breakthrough came 🤍 How to hold on when you feel forgotten in a waiting season 🕊️ A simple three-step practice for handing your work over to God before noon If you've been waking up already measuring yourself by titles, numbers, and other people's highlight reels, this prayer offers a different starting point: God's presence before your performance. Success is one of the things people pray about most — and one of the easiest to get wrong. Scripture doesn't promise a life without struggle; Joseph was sold, accused, and forgotten, yet the text says again and again that the Lord was with him. This prayer keeps ambition honest — asking for wisdom, integrity, and favor, while holding the results with open hands. 🙏 If this prayer helps you, LIKE this video and SUBSCRIBE to PrayerBreak so we can keep opening our hands in God's presence together every morning. 💬 In the COMMENTS, share one specific situation or burden you're placing into God's hands this morning — a few quiet words is enough. 🕊️ ❤️ SHARE this prayer with someone who is job hunting, building something, or feeling behind. May the Lord walk with you today, establish the work of your hands with His favor, and give you the true success that begins and ends in His presence. Have a peaceful, blessed morning. ✝️ ⏱️ VIDEO CHAPTERS 0:00 – Intro: What Success Really Means 1:30 – Joseph in Genesis 39: "The Lord Was With Him" 3:30 – The Meaning Behind Tsalach (To Prosper) 5:30 – Prayer Begins: Bringing Our Work to God 7:30 – Prayer for Wisdom & Honest Work 9:30 – Prayer for Job Seekers & Students 11:30 – Prayer for Business Owners & Hard Workers 13:30 – Prayer for Rest From Anxious Striving 15:30 – Prayer for Favor, Provision & Humility 17:30 – Closing Declaration of Trust 18:30 – Amen & Final Blessing morning prayer for success, prayer for success in life, before you chase success prayer, powerful morning prayer, Christian morning prayer, prayer for success at work, prayer for job and career, prayer for business success, prayer for job interview, prayer for students and exams, prayer for wisdom and favor, Joseph Genesis 39 prayer, Joshua 1:8 prayer for success, what does the Bible say about success, biblical meaning of success, prayer for anxiety about work, prayer for comparison and insecurity, prayer for imposter syndrome, prayer for integrity at work, prayer for waiting on God, prayer for provision and finances, God is with me prayer, daily morning prayer, morning prayer to start your day with God, prayer for hard workers #MorningPrayer #PrayerForSuccess #ChristianPrayer #PowerfulMorningPrayer #DailyPrayer #FaithAndWork #GodIsWithMe #MorningDevotional #PrayerForWork #PrayerForCareer #PrayerForBusiness #TrustGod #JosephStory #BibleStudy #PrayerBreak #ChristianMotivation #SuccessPrayer #WorkAndFaith #PrayerForWisdom #FavorOfGod #OpenHands #DailyFaith #PrayerForStrength #ChristianLiving #BibleVerse
