I Showed My Finnish Friend American Bull Riding... We Were TERRIFIED

Bull riding is one of those American traditions that completely blows our minds as Europeans. In this reaction, I brought my childhood best friend Ella back to the channel, and together we watched two British guys attempt American bull riding for the very first time. We expected it to be dangerous, but we weren't prepared for just how intense, unpredictable, and honestly terrifying it would be. Throughout the video, we couldn't stop talking about the incredible skill it takes to stay on a bucking bull for even a few seconds. We also learned more about rodeo culture, the training involved, and the fact that many riders start when they're just kids. As two Finnish girls, that was probably the biggest culture shock of all! We found ourselves comparing American rodeo traditions with life in Finland and Europe, where this kind of extreme sport is almost unheard of. Of course, our conversation quickly turned into us imagining whether we'd ever try it ourselves. A mechanical bull? Maybe. A real bull? Absolutely not! We joked about how confident we'd probably feel beforehand, only to change our minds the second we saw the size and power of the animals up close. Watching the riders fall and immediately scramble to safety had us nervous the entire time, and it gave us a whole new respect for professional rodeo athletes. What do you think about bull riding?
