For months, these trail cameras documented the usual nighttime activity in a remote section of the Colorado backcountry. Mountain lions, black bears, bobcats, coyotes, raccoons, and other wildlife regularly passed through under the cover of darkness. Then something unexpected appeared. At 3:55 AM, a headlamp entered the frame. What followed was a series of captures showing a solo hiker moving through the same network of trails before dawn. The sighting stood out not only because of the hour, but because of what these cameras routinely record in the same area during those unseen hours. This video combines multiple trail camera locations and captures from the same general area, revealing what shares these corridors long after most people are asleep. Have you ever encountered another person deep in the backcountry at an hour you never expected?
