A Peaceful Day Caring for My Mum’s Chickens 🐔 | Meet Pipa the Tiny Chick

My mum is away for seasonal work, so I’m taking care of her home and animals. In this video, I share some moments from a day spent feeding and caring for the chickens, collecting fresh eggs, cleaning their spaces, washing and refilling their water containers, offering fresh vegetables and leaves, and picking some strawberries. 🍓🥚 Along the way, you’ll meet some of the animals who make these everyday moments special, each with their own little personality. 🐣 Pipa, the only little chick here, is curious and often comes over to interact with me. She always makes these moments extra special. 🐓 The bantam family has a lovely story of its own. After their mother passed away a few months ago, their father rooster took care of them. It’s lovely to see them together as they go about their day. 🐔 The laying hens and Zéza also have their own characters. Castanha sometimes follows me around out of curiosity, while Zéza, the little bantam rooster who lives among the laying hens, likes to keep an eye on his flock. He doesn’t always appreciate me entering their space and sometimes tries to chase me away, but nothing too serious! 🐈 Júlia and Fredy, the two cats, wander around the house and its surroundings. They peacefully share the space with the chickens, enjoy watching them, and sometimes come over to me for cuddles and gentle pets. These are simple moments of animal care and life around the home, filled with curious characters, little discoveries, and the quiet joys of the countryside.
