Sutemi - Use of Yoko Nagare - Bujinkan-Ninjutsu with Moshe Kastiel

Training with Master Moshe Kastiel (10th Dan) at the Bujinkan Ninjutsu Academy Munich. Moshe Kastiel teaches Sutemi Waza (“sacrifice techniques, sacrifice throws”) and shows two concepts for this. He shows how to use the sideways roll (Yoko Nagare) and the diagonal sideways roll (Yoko Nagare Naname). Required for the 4th Kyu (Blue Belt).
