Rubio Monocoat applied to Walnut Bar Top Live Edge Slab

Applied Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C to Walnut Bar Top slab. I did some testing on the finish which is at the end of the video. Giving Ruboi a thumbs up on look, feel and resistance to lacquer thinner. I dumped lacquer thinner on my sample board 5 times now with no affect, amazing. Nothing is easier to apply, and there is no smell. The only thing going against Rubio is scratch resistance, but its easy to scratch film finishes and they are very hard to fix. I haven't tested repairing Rubio, but what they say is to sand lightly and apply more Rubio. I won't be using Watco anymore as you just drip anything like alcohol on the finish and it takes the finish right off.
