The King's Baton at West Lothian Cycle Circuit Linlithgow

Early on Saturday 18th July 2026, Cycling Without Age Scotland, Linlithgow hosted a photoshoot for Finnie the Commonwealth Games mascot, and the King's Baton at the West Lothian Cycle Circuit. Along with several other local organisations and groups, West Lothian Bike Library were invited to take along a selection of adaptive cycles from our fleet and I was there as one of the WLBL volunteers. After the parade and photoshoot the circuit was open for folk to try out WLBL's adaptive cycles, take a trishaw ride with a Cycling Without Age pilot, or try rollerblading with the Falkirk Wheelers. Great fun was had by all. I wasn't best equipped to make a video but I think what I captured on my phone gives a good sense of the morning's enjoyment.
