Santa’s Land is one of those wonderfully unique roadside attractions that feels like stepping back in time! Located in Cherokee, North Carolina, near the Great Smoky Mountains, Santa's Land Fun Park & Zoo is celebrating its 60th year in 2026 — and somehow I ended up having practically the ENTIRE THEME PARK TO MYSELF! 🎅🎢 In this video, I take you on a full, in-depth tour of Santa’s Land Fun Park & Zoo, a Christmas-themed amusement park that first opened in 1966. We explore the park, meet Santa, see the animals, visit the petting zoo and experience some of its classic amusement rides. And yes... I rode the Rudicoaster! We'll also ride the train around Santa’s Land, check out the carnival-style rides and explore all of the wonderfully unusual Christmas theming scattered throughout this old-school roadside attraction. Having a 60-year-old Christmas theme park almost entirely to myself made this one of the most unusual theme park experiences I've ever had. It was peaceful, nostalgic, a little wacky and an absolute blast.
