I ordered food worth Rs. 1,500 through Foodpanda, but what happened next was completely unexpected. My order was cancelled, and despite the cancellation, I was not given my refund. When I went there to sort out the issue, the staff’s behavior towards me was extremely rude and disrespectful. I tried to explain the situation and get a proper solution, but instead of helping me, I was treated badly. For me, this is not about Rs. 1,500. It is about accountability and how customers’ hard-earned money is being handled. What if someone else, especially someone who is struggling financially, had placed that order? Would it be okay to treat their money this way too? I also called 15 Police to report the situation, and the police actually responded to my complaint.
