Neon Destination

WHAT IF THE ROAD AHEAD LEADS SOMEWHERE BEYOND THE NEON? Start the engine. Turn up the volume. And take the ride. NEON DESTINATION is a retro-futuristic instrumental electronic journey by DJO-JEROEN, driven by deep Moog basslines, analog synthesizers, hypnotic sequences and electronic rhythms. The sixth track from the new album ANALOG NIGHTS, Neon Destination blends the atmosphere of early-80s electronic pop with modern production, cinematic sound design and a powerful night-drive feeling. The official music video takes you from a midnight road into a mysterious neon world — where the journey becomes something far beyond an ordinary drive. Warm analog synthesizers, melodic sequences and pulsating electronic rhythms create a cinematic atmosphere somewhere between synthpop, electronic disco, retro-futurism and instrumental electronic music. No vocals. No lyrics. Just Moog, synthesizers, rhythm and the journey into the night. Best experienced with headphones.
