FNTA Bill cleared after legal hurdles, consultations and a rewrite

The Nagaland Legislative Assembly has passed the revised Frontier Nagaland Territorial Authority (FNTA) Bill, 2026, paving the way for a territorial authority covering Tuensang, Mon, Longleng, Kiphire, Noklak and Shamator.
