I Tried Living Like a Soccer Player in Japan... With a 9–5

Can you live like a soccer player while working a 9–5 in Japan? After a conversation with my best friend made me realize I was training more than I was actually playing soccer, I decided to see if I could live like a soccer player for a day while working my regular full-time job in Japan. Between work, commuting, eating properly, and recovering from an injury, I tried to fit soccer into my day, from training inside my office to hopefully getting some actual game time after work. But as the day went on, I started realizing that finding little chances to train and actually making time to play are two very different things. This is how the day actually went.
