Who are You Really? Dropping the Inner Critic

Keep focus on the Bigger Question: Who am I really? Am I really just this little human character running around the planet - born, work, relationships, grasping, stressing, die? As long as you believe you are only this small character, you will constantly push and strive and compare. We have brainwashed ourselves well. The Inner Critic may well become softer, more loving, less harsh, but good cop, bad cop will continue to run the show. Or am I something more? Eternal, conscious, playful What if you can pop out of this delusion and see that you are eternal, aware, mysterious. Simply playing a part, taking a little peek at being this human being.
