Birding at Uma Maheshwaram | Return Migration

Return Migration is a surprising time of the year. Forests are great during this time as many birds from further south are going back to their breeding grounds. They take pit stops in larger forest area en route, we birders take advantage of this and visit large forests during this time to try and see some birds which we usually dont see very often. Shy birds become bold because they are too busy fattening up for their onward journey and tend to ignore humans relatively.
