Insulation - whether to use insulated plasterboard, venting, rigid v quilt for lofts- I will cover in my other video as this is very important for your attic and frequently misunderstood. Plaster boarding and Chipboard floor Plastering - I will cover my DIY plastering in another video and show you step by step. Stair deign, manufacture and assembly Painting, decoration and Finished Flooring Tiles and sanitary Finished joinery and electrical completion certificate In a separate video I’ll show you how to do the sums on this to maximise profit versus your spending, as well as some of the pitfalls to avoid for your Attic or loft conversion cost.
