EJEAS X10 sound problem - look before you buy

A few years ago, I started using a cheap communication device from AliExpress. After watching reviews on YouTube, I decided to buy the EJEAS X10 Phantom. It is not a cheap device, but I trusted the sponsored reviews. I am completely disappointed with the sound quality. If you use it for phone calls or listening to music, the sound is good. However, communication between two identical devices is absolutely terrible and practically unusable. I contacted EJEAS customer support, and they claim that everything is working normally. They insisted that I record a video showing the problem (this video), and after watching it, they told me that the performance was normal and that it was supposed to be like that. For this amount of money, the sound quality is unacceptable. A €30 device performs ten times better. Their customer support is also very unprofessional. Judging by the number of views, I realized that they probably did not even watch my video. They simply told me that this was normal and then ignored me. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Before buying an intercom, try to test it yourself if possible. Maybe I am wrong, and perhaps one of my two devices has a problem, but I definitely have had a very bad experience with the EJEAS intercom.
