Filia Meets Sneeze Loving Nutjob, Feather Tickled To Sneeze

Filia meets what I can only process as an extremest sneeze loving nut job... or maybe a tickling nut job who is charading around like some Master Dragon Detector. I don't know. It's pretty cray-cray how he runs around with that feather brush. I mean it does get her to sneeze, then he seems shocked for some reason. Filia, in this case, just leave. Don't even engage with this guy... and call the cops.
