I am at the Trinidad Cafe in Trinidad, Tx with my friends ‪@OldGuyEats‬ and ‪@lindsaysculinaryconquests‬ and we are going to attempt their undefeated Big Dog Chili Cheese Dog challenge. This challenge consists of eight hotdogs on seven slices of bread covered with lots of chili and cheese. We will have a very short 15 minutes to eat this and if we do we will get the $23 meal for free and become the first winners of the challenge.
