A near miracle it survived, unlike many other settlements in the region. I grabbed breakfast at the first place I came to in town, then it was exploring. I only had the day, with no plans of paying for stay when Tonopah was only 24 miles away. And yet, I was hook on town from the get go. A walk down memory lane brought us to the Goldfield High School. It was one of our first paranormal investigations- something the family got into.
