Hyderabadi Kaddu Ki Kheer || Hyderabadi Wedding Special Shahi Kheer || Lauki Ki Kheer In Hindi/Urdu

Hyderabadi Kaddu Ki Kheer is a Special Rich Hyderabadi Dessert made mostly In Functions Or Weddings. It is made using Cashews, Khova etc gives it a yummy taste which you can't resist,So let me show you how to make this tasty Dessert. INGREDIENTS ---------------------- Milk - 2 litre Sago seeds - 4 tablespoon Cashewnuts - 60 gram Dried whole milk(khowa/khoya) - 150 gram Condensed milk - 1 cup Grated bottle guard - 150 gram Sugar - 180 gram or as needed Vanilla essecce - 1/2 teaspoon Green food colour - 2 pinches(optional) Few sliced almonds,cashews and pistachios for garnishing Silver leaf for decoration (optional) METHOD -------------- 1.Soak Sago seeds in water for 15 minutes. 2.Grind cashewnuts to a fine paste using some milk. 3.Mix khoya with a cup of milk and mix well. 4.In a pan add grated bottle guard cook it for 10 minutes and then mash it. 5.In another big pan add milk and boil it, to it add the soaked sago seeds and cook for 15 minutes or till sago turns soft. 6.Now add Cashew paste and mixed khoya in to milk and mix well till no lumps are seen. 7.Add condensed milk and mix well. 8.Add the green food colour and mix then add the cooked grated bottle guard and mix. 9.Add sugar and cook for 10 minutes. 10.Let the kheer cool after cooling add vanilla essence and mix well. 8.Then garnish with sliced almonds, cashews and pistachios as well as silver leaf for decoration. 9.Shahi amazing delicious Kaddu ki kheer is ready to serve...serve chilled.
