Lady and Man of the Year: To discover our students' hidden talents, boost their motivation, and support their holistic development, we annually select a "Lady of the Year" and a "Man of the Year." This initiative helps them explore future career paths, recognize their full potential, and build the confidence to realize they can achieve greater heights. It also provides a valuable platform for them to practice speaking English in public without hesitation. Excellent prizes, including cash awards and mementos, are presented to those who secure the top three positions. The following are the important guidelines and rules for the selection of the Lady and Man of the Year:- (i) Fair Play and Governance: The Lady & Man of the Year Contest is always conducted with strict fairness. The organizers and judges are officially appointed from among the staff members during a general staff meeting. Since this event is organized solely to discover the students' talents and support their development, there is absolutely no favoritism or partiality. This competition is by no means organized to promote personal favorites; rather, it is designed exclusively for the holistic advancement of the school and its students. (ii) Selection, Open Invitation, and Training Process: Class Screening: To participate in the contest, suitable candidates are first selected from each class and section. Open Invitation: Following this initial selection, all other students are fairly consulted and asked if they would also like to volunteer and join. Comprehensive Training: Every student who registers for the contest is then thoroughly trained on all procedures, etiquette, and expectations. Finalists: From this pool, a minimum of 10 pairs are chosen to advance to the final stage of the contest, where they compete cleanly and with integrity to showcase their talents. (iii) Awards, Sub-Categories, and Long-Term Impact. Award Categories: Since this competition aims to discover the students' talents and potential, various award categories have been created. Winners in each of these categories will receive both a certificate of appreciation and a cash prize. Holistic Growth: The program is purposefully designed and conducted with strict fairness. So that even contestants who do not win a final prize can still experience significant growth in their mindset, etiquette, academics, and English proficiency through their participation. Peer Influence: The winners are chosen with the expectation that they will serve as exemplary role models in everyday life. It is hoped that fellow students will learn positive values and benefit greatly simply by observing the conduct and behavior of these selected individuals. (iv) Structure of the Competition: The Lady and Man of the Year competition is divided into three distinct stages / round. Therefore, students are expected to benefit in various ways, gaining a great deal of self-confidence alongside their academic growth. (v) Eligibility, Conduct, and Discipline Criteria: Students who are unmotivated, unfocused, poorly behaved, or lack discipline are not permitted to participate in the Lady and Man of the Year competition. Therefore, the school authorities maintain exceptionally high standards for entry. This strict selection process is intended to instill a strong desire among the students to become role models for others. (vi) Administrative Authority and Rights: Even though the Lady and Man of the Year selection is organized for the benefit of the school and its students, the Staff Meeting reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or permanently cancel the event if deemed necessary.
