Are You Happy NOW?

Walking on the beach this morning, I found myself reflecting on the possibility that what we're searching for may already be here — before the mind tells us something needs to change. Perhaps happiness is less about getting somewhere and more about noticing what remains when, for a moment, the search comes to rest. I'd love to hear your own experience in the comments.
