Mixed Signals shadow sticks. The lip liner & Lip Lock glossy lipstick. The Wild Light finishing powder in Dawn. Wear test results: The new Tarte Serum Foundation didn't perform like I was hoping. By the end of the day, I had patchy spots on my forehead that looked very dry and flaky in several areas, and I don’t have dry skin. It also settled into my lines very noticeably and did not blur or plump like it said it would. I was not impressed with it at all but I will test it more and with different skin preps to see if I can get a different result, if so I will do an update.
