Small-Scale Oilseed Presses

Highlighting six small-scale, commercially-available oilseed press designs. Includes interviews with press operators and general advice on running an oilseed mill. This 2013 project is part of a Northeast SARE grant and is a collaboration between University of Vermont Extension and Pennsylvania State Extension.
