01 YouTube From Functioning to Shaping

You can have the career, the family, and the home you once wanted—and still feel unsure about where your life is going. In this video, I share why I created VisionWalking: the years of trying to build meaningful work, the burnout that made me stop, and the question that helped me find a clearer direction. We explore how your skills, values, interests, and life experiences can offer clues to your mission—and how that mission can guide your life vision and the work you build. Take a page and reflect: • What do people turn to you for help with? • What do you care about enough to keep coming back to? • What have you learned that might be useful to someone else? Look for a connection, then try finishing: “I want to help people with…” VisionWalking brings together Vision Planning, Identity Shifting, and Business Building. Where Purpose meets Impact.
