Simandl / Double bass technique on electric bass - This fretting hand technique works well as an alternative to using 1 finger per fret when playing on the lower registers of the bass neck - It is more relaxed, works for both fretted and fretless bass, decreases hand stretch, better for smaller hands and will cover the majority of bass lines.
