Oppo Reno 2 Gaming Test | PubG Mobile | Speed, battery, Game Space

Testing the Oppo Reno 2's gaming prowess with some PubG Mobile benchmarking. Is this latest Reno smartphone good for gaming on the go, in terms of speed, battery life and bonus features? Here's my full review. While some of its closest rivals sport a powerful Snapdragon 855 or even the 855+, Oppo plumped for the Snapdragon 730G for this handset. Still, the specs are rounded off with 8GB of RAM, while the 730G boasts 15% faster GPU performance compared with the standard 730. So the gaming performance of the Reno 2 is good, if not quite excellent. The benchmarking test with PubG Mobile showed the frame rate stayed strong at HD levels with the maximum High FR setting. The Oppo Reno 2 sadly doesn't support PubG's HDR mode just yet, although the chipset does. Battery life gives a solid return as well, thanks to the mighty 4000mAh capacity cell. And of course you get some dependable gaming features courtesy of the ColorOS Game Space app. This can boost performance and block notifications when blasting through PubG Mobile.
