I Found This Wood on an Ancient Forest Floor... and Turned It Into Twig Vases!

Deep in an ancient woodland, the forest floor is scattered with fallen twigs and branches that most people walk straight past. In this build, I collect a handful of that forgotten wood and turn it into a one-of-a-kind twig vase — texture, imperfections and all. You'll see my process of plaining, marking, cutting, shaping and sanding the wood, assembly, and the final finish that brings out the natural character of timber that's been sitting on the woodland floor for who knows how long. If you love rustic, nature-inspired woodworking or just want to see "junk wood" turned into something beautiful, this one's for you. 🔔 Subscribe for more builds from the shed workshop
