Hawkeye Duels Kootenay for Prisoners' Lives | The Last of the Mohicans | S1 E29

A militia patrol crosses a forbidden line, a court-martial looms, and Hawkeye walks straight into the lion’s den. What starts as a treaty violation spirals into a high-stakes rescue where words are weapons and one wrong move could doom a fort. Follow Hawkeye and his blood brother as they bluff their way into Kootenay’s village posing as Ottawa traders, bargain for captive soldiers with nothing but nerve, and race a ticking clock while the garrison ignores a deadly warning. A lieutenant fights disgrace, a colonel underestimates the trap at his gates, and a chief’s pride is baited into a challenge that no one expects. The cost of failure? Lives—and a warpath unleashed. From ambush in the timber to a bare-handed wager for freedom, this frontier showdown turns on courage, cunning, and a single decision that changes command. Watch to see who blinks first, what the prisoners are really worth, and how a fort stands when the gates finally open. Settle in and watch the full episode to uncover every twist and hard choice along the way. #LastOfTheMohicans #Hawkeye #FrontierAdventure #ClassicTV #JamesFenimoreCooper #Kootenay #PrisonerRescue
