FastAPI Full Course Episode 9 - Database Setup with PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy

This is episode 9 of the FastAPI full course tutorial series. In the previous episodes, we separated our document routes from main.py and introduced Pydantic for request and response validation. There is one important piece still missing. Our POST /documents endpoint accepts a document, but the data is not stored anywhere permanently. If the application restarts, that document is gone. In this episode, we'll connect the application to PostgreSQL and set up SQLAlchemy.
