Sacral Chakra Meditation Music | Singing Bowls in D, 5 Minutes

Sacral chakra meditation music: five minutes of slow singing-bowl tones and a warm drone in D, for a short sitting on flow and creativity. Composed from scratch. Part 2 of a seven-part series, one piece for each chakra, each in its own key and colour. This one, for the sacral chakra (Svadhisthana), is centred on D. There is no melody to follow: a low drone holds steady, sustained bowl tones swell and fade, and a struck bowl rings every ten to fifteen seconds. Use this sacral chakra meditation music for a five minute sitting, yoga, breathwork or quiet rest. It is offered as music for meditation, not as medical treatment. These are digitally modelled bowl tones, not a recording of physical bowls. Every sound was digitally synthesised and composed by Om Aura. Nothing is sampled.
