The fire has burned down to embers, and one by one, the people of Hillbillie Holler have made their way home. But one chair remains. “Leave a Place at the Table” is the final song of Hillbillie Holler: Mabon — The Second Harvest, our three-part mythic folk journey through abundance, balance, gratitude and remembrance. The empty chair isn’t only for those who have died. It’s for the friend who lives across the mountain. The family member far from home. The person who took another road. The one we haven’t spoken to in far too long. The ones who became photographs. And anyone whose absence is still somehow present when everyone gathers around the table. Outside, three lanterns burn beneath Hekate’s Crossroads Tree. She doesn’t call the wandering. She doesn’t ask anyone to return. She simply keeps the light. Because sometimes love isn’t about holding on. Sometimes love is leaving room. 🌾 MABON — THE SECOND HARVEST 🍎 Track 1 — The Great Mabon Supper Abundance. Laughter. Community.
